Setting Up Your Stable

Before you start recording your sessions, you will need to add your horses, locations, and work types to your stable. You can add and edit your horses, locations, and work types in the mobile app. Horses and work types can also be added and edited in the KER ClockIt Sport website.

How To Set Up Your Stable on the Mobile App

Add a Horse

  1. Tap the plus button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Add Horse.”
  3. Enter your horse’s information.
  4. Tap the checkmark at the top of screen.

Add a Location

  1. Tap the plus button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Add Location.”
  3. Enter the name of your location.
  4. Tap the checkmark at the top of screen.

Add a Work Type

Work types are filters that enable you to see trends within specific types of rides (for example, trot sets versus jump schools).

  1. Tap the plus button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Add Work Type.”
  3. Enter the name of your work type.
  4. Tap the checkmark at the top of screen.

Add a Horse

  1. Click on “My Horses” in the top navigation menu.
  2. Under “My Horses” click “Create New Horse.”
  3. Enter your horse’s information and click “Create.”

Add a Work Type

Work types are filters that enable you to see trends within specific types of rides (for example, trot sets versus jump schools).

  1. Hover over “Profile” in the top navigation menu and select “Account and Settings” from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click the “Work Type Tags” link under “My Profile.”
  3. Under “Work Type Tags” click “Create New Tag.”
  4. Enter the name of your work type and select a color for your work type. (This color will show up on your calendar and in your sessions list to make it easy to differentiate between different types of workouts.)
  5. Click “Create.”

Setting Up Training Protocols

Training protocols are instructions for your ride. Set up training protocols specifically for your horse’s fitness goals and then select them when you start your session to guide you through your planned workout.
