Setting up connections in KER ClockIt Sport enables you to share sessions, training protocols, and more. There are three main types of connections: coach/student, owner/rider, and in case of emergency. Before you set up any connections, make sure you have checked the “Search visible” box on your user profile.

Click on “Profile” in the top navigation and then “Edit Profile” to change your user profile.

Coach and Student Connections

Coaches can connect with students to share training protocols and view the student sessions. Requests to set up a coach and student connection must be made by the student and can be sent through the mobile or web app.

Owner and Rider Connections

If someone else is riding your horse, you can add a rider in KER ClockIt Sport so sessions can be recorded for your horse. Any session recorded on your horse will show up in your KER ClockIt Sport account and is included in your horse’s reports.

Professional riders who want to share a horse’s progress with an owner can also add owners to each horse’s profile to share sessions or export reports as PDFs that can be printed or emailed to clients.

In Case of Emergency Connections

In case of emergency (ICE) connections enable riders to send a message through the KER ClockIt Sport app if they fall off or need assistance. These connections can be set up through the mobile or web app. When a rider sends an ICE message, the recipient will get a notification on his or her phone with the rider’s message and a GPS location.
